DESCRIPTION:The Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce invites all members of our community to join in prayer and fellowship at the 7th Annual Community Prayer Breakfast\, sponsored by St. Mary's Hospital and Investment Planners\, Inc.\n\n \n\nGuest Speaker\n\n\n\n\n\nRev. Arthur Hallett\n\n Director of Prison Ministries\n\nEvangelism Explosion International\n\n \n\n\n	\n		\n			Director of Prison Ministries for Evangelism Explosion International is a man of many talents. He is both an accomplished and talented musician and songwriter. He and his music ministry team "Soul" have completed several CD's and are currently working on a new music projects. Rev. Hallett leads praise and worship\, ministers in concert\, preaches and teaches as a evangelist in prisons and churches across the country.\n\n			\n\n			Rev. Hallett began volunteering in prison ministry in 1984. In 1989 he began volunteering for EE International. In 1992 he founded Hallett Prison Ministries\, Inc. and began devoting his time to full-time prison ministry. In 2000\, Rev. Hallett joined the staff of EE international and accepted the position as Director of EE Prison Ministries.\n\n			\n\n			Rev. Hallett is a certified Sr. EE clinic teacher/trainer\; he teaches EE to pastors and laymen at various clinic based churches as well as levels 1-4 throughout the prison system. He was involved with Prison Fellowship's Starting Line ministry several times over the past years. In addition to Prison Fellowship\, Reverend Hallett has also collaborated with Bill Glass Ministries and Chaplain Ray's International Ministry and he has had the privilege of ministering along side of Larnelle Harris\, Wintley Phipps\, Smokey Robinson and other prominent recording artists. Additionally\, he has ministered with Jack Murphy "Murph the Surf" and other former inmates who have returned back to prison as volunteers and are making a tremendous impact in the lives of the incarcerated.
