DESCRIPTION:Richland Community College's Horticulture Department will hold its annual Plant Sale on Friday\, May 9\, 2014\, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday\, May 10\, 2014\, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Horticulture Department is located on the northeast side of campus.\n\n\n\nA variety of plants will be available for purchase including: annuals (from Maverick Red Geraniums to Tidal Wave Petunias)\; perennials\; vegetables (Big Bertha Peppers to Burpee's Big Boy Tomatoes)\; herbs (Large Leaf Italian Basil to English Thyme)\; and hanging baskets filled with Wave Petunias (an assortment of colors available). As a new feature this year\, farm vendors from the Saturday Produce Market will be selling their products as well.
