Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served. This is a free event and all members of the community are invited to join. Advance registration is not required.\n\n\n\nAbout Bistro 537:\n\nBistro 537\, is a full service restaurant located on the Richland Community College campus. It is operated by students in Richland's culinary arts program. The restaurant is a working laboratory for students to receive hands on experience in the day-to-day operations of a restaurant. The food and menu at Bistro 537 will change monthly to incorporate different styles of cuisine and cooking techniques. This entrepreneurial experience is the capstone of the culinary program and ensures that graduates have the credentials and skills necessary to be successful in the culinary field.
