Being among the first faculty hired\, Professor Klugman has been teaching at Richland since it was established in 1972\, where he has taught a range of classes from Introduction to Political Science\, American Government\, State and Local Government\, and International Relations. During election seasons\, he works with local media\, providing support information on topics of current interest. Professor Klugman is one of the founders of the Decatur Leadership Institute\, served on the executive committee of Decatur Advantage\, and was a past president and board member of Decatur Celebration.\n\n \n\nHis interactive presentation will include audience participation and will provide an overview of the upcoming fall election and the potential impact it might have on the final two years of the President's term.\n\n \n\nJoin other community leaders for the Chamber Business Breakfast and network with more than 100 area business professionals while enjoying a hot breakfast.
