Whether you are thinking about enrolling yourself or sponsoring an associate\, in this Program Preview you will learn about the philosophy and practical applications\, structure\, process\, content\, and expectations of the Chamber's newest leadership program\, which was piloted last summer with nine graduates. Understand the value of participation\, the commitment\, cost (and how to save)\, who should attend and why they should participate\, the direct benefits to participants and to the organizations in which they work. We will answer your questions and give you a taste of the program's Kickoff Session\, scheduled for March 2\, 2017\n\n\n\nLeadership MASTERS equips leaders\, at any career stage within local businesses\, to produce the results necessary for their businesses to thrive and grow.  The ten-week program includes intensive results-based coaching\, collaborative learning\, and applied training to develop "bench strength" within your local business\, non-profit\, or government entity.
