As a military reservist of more than 20 years\, Mr. Soddy has developed a number of marketing and internal communication and training programs that have been adopted at the national level.\n\n\n\nMr. Soddy has been in the performance improvement field for more than 14 years as an avocational instructor of the Dale Carnegie Course  for S.J. Grant & Associates in Central IL. He has also played an instrumental role in accelerating the financial management skills of mid-level and front-line supervisors at Taylor Corporation as a corporate instructor of The Accounting Game.\n\n\n\nAdvance registration for this program is required by Friday\, May 12.  A buffet lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. with the program starting shortly after.
