DESCRIPTION:Shur-Co  of Illinois invites the Decatur community to an open house event and ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday\, April 7\, 2016. Activities will commence at 11:00 am with the open house running until 3:00 pm. The Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce will welcome Shur-Co  of Illinois to the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:30\, and all guests are invited to join the staff for a grill out lunch.\n\n\n\nShur-Co  of Illinois has been a member of the Decatur community for 20 years and recently relocated to a new and improved facility\, which is located at 3993 E. Mueller Ave\, Decatur\, IL. The new facility has allowed the Illinois branch to increase their total square footage\, which allows for a greater mix of inventory\, as well as continued growth and industry advancements. Shur-Co  of Illinois currently employs twelve staff members\, but will look forward to increasing that number as the branch continues to expand and develop. In addition to the facility's current capabilities of serving the Agriculture\, Construction\, Waste and Flatbed markets\, Shur-Co  of Illinois will soon become a ShurTite  Retractable Tarping System service center. The relocation project has been an investment Shur-Co \, LLC was happy to pursue and proud to support.
