DESCRIPTION:Join us as we recognize Main Place Properties on its 20th year in business. The ribbon cutting also marks the completion of the company's first Decatur Central TIF project\, a residential development on Merchant Street that transformed a vacant office space into two finished apartments above Giggles. Each apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a building that had stood empty for 60 years.\n\n\n\nThe event previews a second downtown project as well\, in which Main Place Properties will convert the Flora Gems building into 10 residential units\, with completion planned for the end of 2027.
