Local Trades and Labor Tour

Description

The Economic Development Corporation of Decatur & Macon County (EDC), the Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce, the IBEW #146, the Plumbers & Steamfitters #137 and the Operating Engineers #965 Locals would like to invite you to learn more about the services and expertise provided by our local building and construction trades. This FREE event will take place on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, and will include presentations and tours of the training facilities where skilled tradespeople learn, practice and perfect their craft. All transportation and meals will be provided.

We hope this day will display the emphasis that is placed on training individuals to become members of the various building and construction trades. Also, you will have an opportunity to learn about the full suite of services provided by these organizations and how they can benefit you and your organization

We sincerely hope you will take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to build relationships with other businesses and trade union leadership from our community.
