Description
If you are plan to purchase your own home, soon or in the future, or simply want to deepen your knowledge about home ownership, this program is for you.
Participants will hear short presentations and a panel discussion focused on young professionals and particularly first-time home-buyers. Panel members may include realty, insurance coverage, title company, mortgage lender, home inspection, home improvement, safety and maintenance.
The event will be $5.00 for non-DEL members and free for DEL members. Attendees can have their cover charge waived if they become a DEL member that night. Also, all attendees that join that evening will be placed in a drawing to win their membership fee back. Members will also receive an additional entry into the raffle that all attendees are eligible for.
