P/T Contact Center Representative
Staley Credit Union is seeking to fill a Contact Center Representative position in Decatur, IL or Lafayette, IN. This position is responsible for assisting members with their needs using a variety of channels including answering phones, live online chat, email requests and our interactive website features.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist members both over the phone, through online banking and through Live Chat
Provide confidential account information to members
Perform transactions such as transfers and loan payments
Account maintenance such as name and address changes
Troubleshooting Visa credit and debit card issues
Promote other products and services that the credit union offers
Provide statement copies, historical account summaries, and check copies
Mobile app, online banking and website support
Assist the Contact Center Manager with a variety of projects
Other duties as needed
Skills and Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 years of experience in call center operations and/or banking preferred
Customer service and computer skills required
Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with employees, members, vendors and company contacts
Strong organization skills, time management skills, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
