Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative | 7:30AM – 4:30PM | Mon-Fri | $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr
This is a full-time, long-term position in a business casual, friendly environment with a team atmosphere.
Requirements for Customer Service Representative
- Results-driven with a desire to provide the highest levels of customer service
- Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of office principles and practices – administrative experience required
- Previous telephone customer service is a plus
Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative
- Process incoming calls for freight pickup
- Track scheduled freight deliveries
- Work closely with driver managers to make changes
- Communicate with customers to schedule deliveries
- Resolve customer concerns or changes
- Data entry and call documentation
