Director of Lean, Quality, and Training
The Director of Lean, Quality, and Training will be a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies related to lean methodologies, quality assurance, and comprehensive training programs within the organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, ensuring quality standards, maintaining a safe working environment, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Salary: $60,000-$85,000 per year

- Develop and Implement Lean Strategies: Lead the design, implementation, and management of lean methodologies and practices to optimize processes and eliminate waste, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and controls throughout the organization. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Training and Development: Design and execute comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels. Identify training needs, develop curricula, and oversee the delivery of training to enhance skills, productivity, and job performance.
