POSITION OVERVIEW:  

We are seeking to hire a Senior Account Executive (SAE) to manage the relationship and scope of work between the agency and various clients. SAEs serve as the liaison between the client and agency’s internal staff to ensure the client’s needs and goals are being met on every project. The SAE manages the client’s marketing budgets, creating and overseeing the execution of strategic marketing plans based on the client’s goals and objectives, along with addressing day-to-day needs. The SAE is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and going above and beyond service expectations.
Reporting into the Managing Director of Accounts and Client Services, the Senior Account Executive is key to supporting the growth of our clients business by building relationships, advising clients and collaborating with internal teams based on data and insights. The SAE must be able to manage client stakeholder relationships and understand the objectives of our clients programs and its impact on their business. They must be able to build, plan and execute strategies that promote and execute on our clients’ and our agency’s goals. Critical thinking skills are a must. The candidate must be a highly motivated, positive, organized self-starter who can work well with a variety of tasks and adapt quickly to different business needs and projects. From day one, the candidate must be accountable, detail and task oriented, and able to deliver valuable, accurate and professional results and communications on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management & Business Development

  • Client management and retention
  • Build strong relationships across key client stakeholders
  • Strategic planning, marketing plan development and execution
  • Projections, analysis and tracking of ROI
  • Gain a keen understanding of the clients business, products, services, and customers
  • Project coordination with Agency Planner, Creative, Digital, Web and other internal teams
  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts
  • Work with the Executive Team to drive new and organic business development opportunities for the agency
  • Manage client budgets by campaign
  • Monitor and report campaign performance to client
  • Assist with creation and development of media plans and public relations strategies
  • Market, competition and industry analysis
  • Event planning
