Material Handler

We are seeking detail-oriented Material Handlers to join our team and help clear our backlog of products requiring inspection and preparation for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for quality and compliance with standards
• Perform necessary touch-ups and rework items as needed
• Clean and wash products to ensure they meet shipping standards
• Apply touch-up paint where required
• Wipe down products for a polished finish
• Tap out holes and perform other minor adjustments
• Prepare products for final shipment

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle products
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Familiarity with quality control processes
• Basic knowledge of painting techniques and touch-up work
• Experience with hand tools and minor product adjustments
• Understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret work orders or product specifications
• Forklift operation experience
