Progress City USA is an outdoor convention center with asphalted roads, parking, underground electricity, telephone lines and drainage. It has four sets of permanent heated and air-conditioned restrooms. It is located adjacent to Richland Community College which has seminar rooms that are available for use in conjunction with site events.
