Basic Functions:
The Banking Center Manager is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, motivation and coaching to team members to provide exceptional customer service and identify loan and deposit products, as well as bank services, that meet customers’ needs. Responsibilities also include providing guidance to the team to identify and refer potential clients to the Loan, Agricultural Trust, Commercial, and Investment departments.
The Banking Center Manager will lead all team members to communicate effectively with customers and staff, both in person and over the phone, and hold each team member accountable for achieving results. Manage operational functions, ensuring that all procedures and policies are followed and comply with bank regulations.

This is a full time, non-exempt position. The starting hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00. The successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, consumer credit check and background check is required.
