PreSchool Yoga Classes - Decatur Public Library

Description

Join us for yoga classes for 3-5 year olds and their adult, taught by yoga instructor Megan Schniederjan.

The class will be 45 minutes. Participants need to bring a towel, rug or yoga mat to the class. Adults need to sign a waiver on behalf of themselves and the child they are bringing at the time of the program. You can fill out the waiver at that time, or download here, print, sign, and bring it with you.

Class size is limited. Please register in advance, and if you find you cannot attend please let
us know by calling the Children's Desk at 217-424-2900 ext. 5.
