F/T Contact Center Representative
The Contact Center Representative is responsible for assisting our current and potential members in a variety of ways. You will become knowledgeable about all the products and services we offer to help better serve and educate our members.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist members both over the phone, through online banking, and through Live Chat
- Become knowledgeable about all products and services we offer
- Assist with Debit Card and Credit Card Questions
- Including fraud and dispute paperwork
- Assist with the online banking and mobile app
- Including troubleshooting and tech support
- Process address changes
- Complete Reports and projects to assist other departments
- Assist the Contact Center Manager with a variety of projects
- Other duties as assigned
