The City of Decatur’s Grants Specialist – Reporting and Financial Compliance role supports the administrative, reporting, and compliance side of grant-funded programs across the organization.
This is not a general city budgeting position — it is a grants-focused role centered on documentation, reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, and coordination tied to funded projects and programs.
In this role, you will:
? Prepare and organize grant compliance documentation
? Interpret grant requirements and reporting guidelines
? Coordinate with departments and outside agencies on grant-related reporting
? Support grant audits and documentation reviews
? Manage multiple reporting deadlines and project timelines
