CNA/Caregiver
The primary purpose of the Caregiver is to provide personalized care and service; uphold the philosophy of assisted living, in a manner conducive to the safety, comfort, dignity and well-being of the residents.
- Provides quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with community philosophy, policies and resident rights; Assists residents in meeting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs; Follows instructions provided of Team Leader in regards to Resident Care and adheres to established policies and procedures.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair, nail and oral care, laundry, meal delivery, feeding, escorting residents, ambulation assistance, toileting, and basic preventive skin care.
