POSITION SUMMARY
To source new customers while providing the best services possible to our existing customers, with quality and on-time delivery a priority.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Source and contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services offered by our company.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
- Work with the program manager to direct workflow for CSRs and engineering regarding the customer’s products and needs.
- Support day-to-day issues with manufacturing, purchasing and quality.
- Create and review product quotes for pricing and labor.
- Support and facilitate customer onsite visits.
