Description
This year will be the 65th Anniversary of the Gem & Mineral Show here in Decatur! The annual show will be April 16-17 at Progress City. There will be displays and demonstrators of lapidary and silversmithing at the show, as well as vendors showing gemstones, carvings, beads and meteorites - something for everyone. Adults are $5, children under 15 are free, and senior admission is only $3, so it?s family fun and family friendly! A silent auction will run both days, and there will be a children?s area with a fossil dig and treasure hunt. Door prizes are hourly and there is a grand prize awarded at the end of the show.
