Downtown Decatur is celebrating Mardi Gras in style on Saturday, February 26^th from 5:00 p.m.-2:00 a.m.

Get a group of friends together and stop by any of the participating restaurants to grab drink specials and Cajun-style cuisine along with Mardi Gras beads sold by Area 10 Special Olympic Olympians. Safety first, so be sure to take advantage of the shuttle services that will be providing rides home following the evening’s festivities.

The night also calls for a celebration for two of your favorite downtown restaurant bartenders who will be competing for the title of Mardi Gras King and Queen. Voting is open from now until February 24^th, so go online to WSOYAM.com to cast your vote! The royal winners will be announced live on Byers & Co. on February 25^th from 6-9 a.m. on Newstalk 1340 WSOY.
