This class incorporates flow sequences and short holds to improve balance, strength, and flexibility.  We link our movements with our breath to focus on ourselves, a perfect way to relieve stress.  In this series, poses will be modified for all levels to leave students energized and centered.  Bring a mat and an open mind!
