Pulp Painting Landscapes: The Handmade Paper Process by Terry Lacy. Indiana artist Terry Lacy transforms the wet pulp of pigmented fibers into stunning landscapes. Artist demonstrates his process. Music by Jake Tolbert & The Red Wheelbarrows. Arts on 3rd features Jim Powell's oil painting exhibit and painting demonstration.
