ACCOUNT MANAGER (INSIDE SALES)
POSITION SUMMARY
Account Manager provides internal and external support to maintain on time delivery and quality products for our customers while communicating and working through any manufacturing or engineering needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· New product introduction and support
· Handle technical manufacturing and customer issues
· Maintain acceptable OTD and DPM with customer base
· Conduct internal and external monthly business reviews
· Direct workflow for CSRs and engineering
· Support day to day issues with manufacturing, purchasing and quality
· Review product quotes for pricing and labor
· Support and facilitate customer onsite visits
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Competency Statement(s)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Access, (would be helpful SQL data base reporting function)
· Multitasking is necessary for the handling of special projects and customers at the same time
· Understanding customer communication and dynamics
· Strong sense of urgency
· Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand and/or sit for long periods of time
EVALUATED COMPETENCIES
Education & Experience: Bachelor degree or associate degree with 2 yrs related work experience, or high school diploma/GED with 4 years of related work experience.
