We are seeking an experienced, motivated and energetic individual to join our dynamic and
growing team as an Operations Administrative Associate. In this role, you will work both
independently and in a team environment to provide world class service and support to
our home once employees and independent contractor financial professionals.
Essential Functions
- Keep the once running efficiently by greeting clients, answering phones, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and stocking supplies
- Responsible for maintaining firm and once personnel insurance licensing and appointments
- Provide excellent customer support by greeting clients and responding to account servicing requests
- Review of account paperwork for completeness and correct supporting documentation; request and work with financial professionals to obtain essential missing information
- Manage the processing of account service requests such as opening of new accounts, initiation of asset transfers, withdrawal requests and account updates
- Document administration policies, procedures, and controls for securities orders
- Ensure that administration of policies, procedures, and controls are consistently enforced
- Provide timely responses to inquiries from external and internal constituents
- Work with custodians, mutual fund companies and 3rd party vendors to assist financial professionals
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing ongoing training and development courses and attending educational workshops
- Participate firm‐wide projects and other duties to continue to increase the efficiency of the team as a whole

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Willingness to work toward Securities Industries Essentials (SIE Exam)
- Broad knowledge of Broker/Dealer and Investment Advisory practices and processes with an understanding of financial planning and estate planning topics desirable but not required.
