Administrative Professional
At Brinkoetter Realtors is seeking a qualified Administrative Professional to fill a full-time role with standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Primary Responsibilities:
Communication
- Greet visitors professionally, assist with inquiries, and notify staff of arrivals.
- Answer and transfer phone calls courteously, taking detailed messages as needed.
- Draft and distribute emails, client correspondence, and internal communications.
- Manage mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring secure handling and prompt notifications.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Create and manage agent duty schedules and coordinate office activities.
- Reserve and organize conference room use, ensuring clear communication and signage.
Administrative Tasks
- Handle/Review transaction documents.
- Generate reports, proofread documents, and ensure timely filing and organization.
Office Organization
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment in common and reception area.
- Manage inventory and ensure essential supplies and documents are available.
Technology Proficiency
- Operate multi-line phone systems, scanners, copiers, and software like Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Additional Duties
- Support the Designated Managing Broker, Office Manager, Director of Marketing, and other staff as needed.
- Support seasonal events, office décor updates, and staff requests.
