Forklift Mechanic | Mon - Fri | 7:00AM – 3:30PM | $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

A well-known forklift truck dealer is looking for mechanics to provide ongoing on-site service at local manufacturing facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic vehicle maintenance experience, a mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications for Forklift Mechanic
- Previous vehicle experience
- Machine repair experience considered
- Previous forklift operation experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting ability
- Ability to lift at least 50#
Responsibilities for Forklift Mechanic
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Change batteries
- Perform inspections: lights, straps, brakes, etc.
- Troubleshoot problems
- Perform repairs
- Maintain shop equipment and inventory
- Complete work order documentation
