Outside Sales Representative

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home inspections; Diagnose foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues.
• Educate the homeowner on the issues they have in their home and provide solutions for those foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues
• Estimate the repairs and provide the homeowner with sellable job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home
• Clearly define sales and income goals and commit to their execution.
• Commitment to continually improve and execute the sales process
• Bring a “can-do” attitude to all leads and opportunities.
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Learn and commit to accurate and timely reporting.
• Other duties as required.

• Demonstrated and verifiable sales experience
• In-home sales experience preferred, residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement experience accepted.
• Ability to use technology and maneuver sales software tools required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail skills required
• Effective communicator both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license required.
