A local company supplying metal roof and building structural supports is seeking a person for Customer Service Specialist.
Qualifications for Customer Service Specialist
- Previous inside sales in manufacturing or industrial supplies is ideal
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good MS office skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of building and construction materials is a plus
Responsibilities for Customer Service Specialist
- Assisting walk-in contractors and customers
- Answering the phones to accept orders
- Entering order information
- Checking on pricing and availability and providing quotations
- Generating invoices
- Answering customer questions and inquiries
