Building Maintenance Handyman | 7:00AM - 3:30PM | Mon - Fri | $19.00/hr. - $21.00/hr

Logistics/Warehouse operation with 500,000 sq ft

Qualifications for Building Maintenance Handyman

• Previous building maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing
• Previous painting experience is a plus
• Previous forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50#
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Responsibilities for Building Maintenance Handyman

• Maintain facilities making minor building repairs
• Repair drywall and paint
• Change light bulbs
• Maintain supplies
• Operate forklift and assist in loading trucks as needed
