Shipping Clerk | 8:00AM – 4:30PM | Mon-Fri | $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr
A local printing company is seeking a Shipping Clerk. This company is a one-stop provider of digital and offset printing services, signs, graphics, banners and decals in central Illinois.
Qualifications for Shipping Clerk
- Solid work history in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Shipping/Receiving experience preferred
- MS office skills would be a plus
- Ability to accurately enter data
Responsibilities for Shipping Clerk
- Inspect finished products for accuracy (color, size, material)
- Pull and prepare orders to ship
- Verify accuracy of outgoing shipments
- Generate packing lists
- Track inventory and perform transactions in the system
- Put away incoming raw materials
- Prepare raw materials for production run
- Maintain supply shipping materials and supplies
- Keep warehouse work area clean and organized
