Service Technician | Taylorville, IL | 8AM – 4:30PM | Monday – Friday | $17-$21/hr

An authorized distributor of recreational vehicles and service parts with a distribution center/service center in Taylorville, IL has an immediate need for a Service Technician. The company serves a customer base that spans most of Illinois. This is a great opportunity with a growing operation.

Qualifications for Service Technician

Experience in small engine repair work
Mechanically inclined
Troubleshooting ability
12 volt automotive systems knowledge would be a plus
Other automotive experience could be considered
CDL Class "A license is a big plus

Responsibilities for Service Technician

Perform repairs on golf carts
Track repairs and parts on work orders
Wash and clean up returned vehicles
Update inventory in computer system
Use reference manuals for parts look-up
Test and install batteries
Perform general shop maintenance
