Requirements

In this role, you will provide services to members by conducting transactions accurately and finding the right solution to best fit the needs of our members while building member rapport and satisfaction.

You will be empowered to address member concerns, inquiries or complaints with limited guidance. You will also answer the phone by greeting members and nonmembers in a professional, warm manner. You will be an expert on products and services with DECU. You will effectively interview members to acquire, retain and deepen member relationships. You will seek outside the box member solutions. You will also assist in training new Member Advocates while also assisting with video banking and online chat.

These are just a few things you will be doing as a Member Advocate 2. We do require you have at least six months of customer service and problem-solving experience. Excellent communication skills is a must.
