We are looking to add to our Prairieland family in Decatur, IL. Prairieland is seeking a Case Manager/QIDP to serve Macon and Piatt counties. Bachelors degree in human service related field and one-year cumulative experience providing direct service to individuals with developmental disabilities required. The one-year cumulative experience requirement can be met through employment, volunteer or family care.
