Mrs. Stacey Mooney

My name is Stacey Mooney, and I am the Mortgage Banker for Heartland Bank and Trust Company for the Macon, Logan, and Dewitt Counties. I have lived in Decatur my entire life and have always loved serving my community. We offer FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA Rural Development, and many wonderful in-house loan programs. For borrowers that qualify, we have down payment assistance programs, as well.

I truly enjoy helping people purchase their home, whether or not they are a first time, second time, or even fifth time homebuyer. It is always a joy to sit at a closing and celebrate with them!!
