Jeanie Reese

Jeanie Reese is an award-winning educator and communicator. She has more than 20 years' experience in public relations, communications, and marketing from diverse organizations such as global professional services firms, financial institutions, industrial suppliers, religious organizations, and non-profits. After earning her M.A. in Teaching in 2017, she taught second grade in Plano, Ill. As the Community Outreach Coordinator for SDD, Jeanie brings her passion for teaching and organizational story-telling full circle. She is a mother of two and recently moved to Decatur with her husband, one son, and black lab.
