Customer Service Associate

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is the first point of contact for customers at the Banking Center. CSAs assist with processing transactions, answering customer inquiries, and providing information on the bank's loan and deposit products. They are responsible for delivering excellent customer service and making referrals to other bank personnel when needed. Preferred availability is Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. -  Noon. Pay:  $16.00/hrResponsibilities:- Greet
