Store Manager | $50,000 annual salary plus bonuses

A Store Manager is needed for a retail operation in Decatur, IL with an emphasis on rent-to-own.  This is a nationally known and recognized industry leader with stores nation-wide.  The Store manager is the leader responsible for managing employees, assets, and customer relations in order to meet sales and profitability objectives.

Qualifications – Store Manager

• Previous management experience in a retail environment
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR (driving record)
• Professional
• Effective organizational skills
• Previous sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities – Store Manager

• Manage retail location to achieve planned growth and profit goals
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates
• Schedule associates to cover store hours of operations
• Accurately report financial transactions and measurements
• Manage inventory for availability of merchandise
• Ensure company vehicles are maintained for safe operation
• Make accurate and timely bank deposits
