F/T Contact Center Representative

The Contact Center Representative is responsible for assisting our current and potential members in a variety of ways.  You will become knowledgeable about all the products and services we offer to help better serve and educate our members.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist members both over the phone, through online banking, and through Live Chat
  • Become knowledgeable about all products and services we offer
  • Assist with Debit Card and Credit Card Questions
    • Including fraud and dispute paperwork
  • Assist with the online banking and mobile app
    • Including troubleshooting and tech support
  • Process address changes
  • Complete Reports and projects to assist other departments
  • Assist the Contact Center Manager with a variety of projects
  • Other duties as assigned
