Must be 19 years of age. Provide superior food and beverage service to club members and their guests. Greet and acknowledge members and guests. Ability to learn member’s names and their special preferences. Position requires knowledge of all menus, buffet and wine list. Ability to time the service of each course is a must. Assist in banquet set-up and tear down. Maintain clean dining areas.
