Qualifications for Welder

• Previous MIG welding experience
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to read blueprints
• Previous fitting experience is a plus

Responsibilities for Welder

• Layout, position, align, and fit components together
• Prepare parts as needed prior to fabrication
• Tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding
• Perform all required fabrication and finish welding operations
• Perform rework and salvage procedures as required
• Deburr and clean product prior to completion
• Operate material handling equipment
