CPI Black Belt

Job Summary:

At Caterpillar’s Decatur, IL facility, we manufacture and assemble Large Mining Trucks and Construction equipment. In this role as a CPI Black Belt, you will report to the Manager Product Support and will be primarily responsible for leading, managing, an supporting porjects related to process and product improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies to achieve business goals. As a member of the Product Support team, you will need to have a growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build a defect-free culture.
