Senior Product Service Engineer

Job Summary:

At Caterpillar’s Decatur, IL facility, we manufacture and assemble Large Mining and Construction equipment. In this role as a Senior Product Service Engineer, you will report to the Manager Product Support, and will be primarily responsible for providing leadership and design new products or changes to existing products that are very complex. As a member of the Product Support team, you will need to have a growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build a defect-free culture.
