Dean of International Education

Reporting to the Provost, the Dean of International Education is responsible for fostering an organizational culture and climate that fully supports global education and welcomes diversity. This will be achieved through coordination of the University’s International Education efforts including the development of international program offerings; overseeing study abroad and exchange programs; leading international recruitment efforts; supporting international students who choose to study at the Millikin University through the development, implementation, and assessment of onboarding, retention, success, and completion efforts. The Dean provides strategic leadership for International Education, including formulating and implementing a vision for International Education and campus internationalization.
