Custodian
Custodian| 7:30AM – 4:00PM | Mon-Fri | $16/hr
A commercial building and property management group is looking for a Custodian in Decatur, IL.
Qualifications for Custodian
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Previous mowing experience would be a plus
- Previous apartment or building custodial experience would be a plus
Responsibilities for Custodian
- Perform basic custodial duties
- Perform basic maintenance duties
- Mow properties, operate weed eater
- Use company vehicle to get supplies
- Issue maintenance work orders
- Painting
