POSITION SUMMARY
Program Manager provides internal and external support to maintain on time delivery and quality products for our customers while communicating and working through any manufacturing or engineering needs.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  •  New Product Introduction and support.
  • Handle technical manufacturing and customer issues.
  • Maintain acceptable On-Time Delivery and DPM with customer base.
  • Conduct internal and external monthly business reviews.
  • Direct workflow for CSR’s and Engineering
  • Support day to day issues with manufacturing, purchasing, and quality.
  • Review product quotes for pricing and labor.
  • Support and facilitate customer onsite visits.
